Last year, Amanda came in 13th in the pole vault prelims at state. Her 12 foot vault earlier this season earned her a full ride to Long Beach State next year and would put her in the top ten in the state.

Part of a great year for the 400-meter dash in the Central Section, placed fifth at the section meet with a personal record 57.17. Her 25.25 time in the 200 was sixth-best in the section this year. Won the SEYL and the area in the 400 and led Liberty to the section meet in both relays, where they were fifth in the 1,600 race.
